Hello , I do not like giving poor reviews but if given no other choice i will . any person that knows me. knows all to well that I have no problem speaking my mind. I have been in sever pain in my right foot for over 18 months. Today I could not stand the pain any longer and called to make a appointment at Bangor,PA. Podiatry, in the hope I could rest easy with no or minimal foot pain . That did not happen . I relayed my problem in clear English to three different employees that the pain at times is so severe at times i want to amputate my toe my self just so i can live in peace even for one night , I told the receptionist at the front desk ,then another lady who took me into a private room and asked questions , and finally a 3rd woman who I have no idea who she is as no one not one person introduced them self and there title to me , not one, The facts are I do not know if I even saw a real doctor, how could I . It was my first time there, . I was told a prescription of antibiotic would be ordered at my local Weis Market and I should wait a minimum of 30 minutes before attempting to pick it up , I WAITED THREE HOURS , The pharmacist told me no one ordered anything for you , and then asked me who was the doctor ? after being totally embarrassed I told her I do not know , Not one person from Bangor, PA. podiatry introduced them self or there title to me. After that nasty experience I sit HERE IN THE SAME EXCRUCIATING PAIN WITH NO RE LEAF NONE , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP DULL MY PAIN. Bangor Podiatry does not deserve one star it deserves minus one star in my book
Coming from an appointment still bandaged, Dr. David Scalzo was an amazing professional who not only was extremely friendly but was just all around helpful when it came to actually getting the procedure done. My experience with Dr. Scalzo was great and I 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist.
